Group Training Camps 


We are planning regular training camps. These will be aimed at:


  • Specific event preparation - precisely timed to prepare for major events on the calendar with training geared towards these
  • Specific skill development - Such as: Cycling Functional Threshold improvement; Endurance building; Running off the bike; Open water swimming etc. etc.
